I’m so passionate about Yoga that after having a personal Yoga practise for more than 20+ years I decided to become a certified Yoga teacher {200 RYT} early 2016 to share my love of Yoga {the one thing that has helped me more than anything to live life with more joy and less overwhelm!} with as many people as I can.
